Apple Jam =D

On Wednesday, we had Food Tech lab and we were assigned to make sweet and sour APPLE JAM!!!! Yeah!!!Haha~ =D This is the 1st time that I'm actually making a jam, quite fun though.. Although the process of making it was "okay", but the apple jam was successfully "produced".. This proves that even though I'm not good in cooking, but still I'm manage to produce an apple jam. Give a clap to myself!! *Clap clap*

After we have done making the apple jam, bread was bought straight from 99 Speed Mart to enjoy the sweetness and sourness of our own LAB-made apple jam.. Nice! Nice! Nice! Mmmmm~~~ Yummy!!~~~ You can never imagine how satisfied am I after eating the bread with jam... SUI ARRGGHH~~!!!! =D Hope you guys can have some, but TOO BAD, It's LIMITED EDITION~ =P

Ingredients to be added to make Apple Jam~
Sugar, Pectin, Citric acid, Cinnamon, Nutmeg

Cooking Sliced Apple peel and core~

Cutting apples~ >m<
